An Israeli-born dentist and married with three children, Dr. Markovitch started his training in general and cosmetic dentistry over 20 years ago in Israel. He continued his training in the United States at Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, NY, as well as in countless continuing education courses on the latest advancements in dentistry. Always smiling and happy, Dr. Markovitch believes that informed patients are better prepared to make the right decision regarding their oral health and well-being, so he takes his time to make patients feel welcome and understand what options are available in modern dentistry.
Dr. Shay Markovitch is a certified Invisalign® and Lumineers® provider. Utilizing his skills to create beautiful smiles for his patients is one of his priorities because he believes that a smile is a mirror to the soul. When not performing dentistry, Dr. Markovitch enjoys sports, specifically soccer and basketball; however, he usually prefers to spend his time with his wonderful wife and three children.

Dr. Konstantina Syrrakou is a compassionate dentist from Athens, Greece. She graduated from the University of Athens in 2009 and specializes in general dentistry, esthetic dentistry, Invisalign, and full mouth rehabilitation. With post-doctoral training from the University of Rochester and a residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital, she is dedicated to staying at the forefront of her field. Dr. Syrrakou is an active member of several dental organizations, including the ADA, NYSDA, NYCDA, and DAA. Her research on orthodontic mini-implants has been published in the European Journal of Dental Science. Known as “Dr. Calm” to her patients, she connects with them, improves their oral health, and helps overcome dental fears. In her free time, she enjoys photography, gardening, and has even competed in Kung-Fu championships in Greece. Dr. Syrrakou is a caring and knowledgeable dentist, valued by both her patients and colleagues.

Dr. Jon Dematteis, a Bronx native, is a highly experienced and innovative orthodontist renowned for his expertise in Invisalign treatment. With an impressive track record of over 2000 successful Invisalign cases, Dr. Dematteis has established himself as a trusted professional in his field.

After graduating from NYU’s College of Dentistry in 1971, Dr. Dematteis has consistently stayed ahead of the curve, embracing a young and hip approach that resonates with his patients. He possesses a unique artistic flair when it comes to crafting beautiful smiles, and his orthodontic skills allow him to address a wide range of dental concerns for patients of all ages.

Dr. Chantal Tavarez Monegro is a compassionate and dedicated dentist from Santiago, Dominican Republic. She graduated from Pontificia Universitaria Catolica Madre y Maestros in 2011 and completed post-doctoral training at Columbia University/Presbyterian Hospital in 2018. Dr. Tavarez specializes in general dentistry and is a member of the ADA and AAE. She is known for her gentle and trustworthy approach, putting patients at ease and giving them their best smiles. Outside of work, Dr. Tavarez enjoys hiking, spending time with family and friends, and indulging in her love for food.

Dr. Adam Arnoldt is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon known for his kind and soft-spoken chairside manner. Born and raised in Long Island, New York, he completed his dental education at SUNY Buffalo and postdoctoral training at Westchester Medical Center and NY Medical College. Dr. Arnoldt’s passion for helping others is evident in his surgical expertise. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and engaging in outdoor activities.
